Combining sustainability and gastronomy, Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa, owner, and chef of NARISAWA, has pioneered a cuisine that focuses on connecting people with the natural environment. Experience innovative satoyama cuisine at this very exclusive and exquisite at this dining experience in Tokyo.

Bringing nature to a plate

The chef Yoshihiro has put particular detail into the core theme of each dish he brings to life. Matching the smell, texture, and landscape of the ingredients he brings a certain aspect of nature to his creations. He wants guests to fall in love with the Japanese seasons and take them on an adventure through food.

Using Japan's best seasonal produce Narisawa is able to combine the beauty of Japanese cuisine with fresh produce.

Menu

Narisawa serves a "Omakase-style" course, literally meaning the create a daily tailored set menu for their guests. They also cater for dietary restrictions or allergies - just mention it to them when you make a reservation.
Starting September 1st 2017, they'll use spring inspired ingredients to create a gourmet meal fit for a King.

Lunch 12pm ~ (L.O 1pm): 25,000 yen (29,700 yen inc. tax and service fee)
Dinner 6:30pm ~ (L.O. 9pm): 30,000 yen (35,640 yen incl. tax and service)
There's also a huge selection of alcohol available for pairing with your meal.

Narisawa has made it super easy for foreigners to make reservations with their online booking system in English. Make sure you book ahead of time to guarantee your place.
