Located just a 6-minute walk from Showamachi station, Usagi to Boku (rabbit and me) offers bunny-themed dishes and drinks! How cute! Its cozy atmosphere and friendly owners make it a cafe that you'll want to come back to over and over.

PENNENNENEMU (絵本と珈琲 ペンネンネネム green 大阪店)

PENNENNENEMU (Pen Nen Ne Ne Mu) has become quite popular thanks to its theme of picture books. Here, it's possible to enjoy delicious drinks and food inspired by the picture books you might have read as a kid, creating a nostalgic experience. One of the popular picture books in Japan is called 'Guri and Gura,' and many people probably dreamed of eating the tasty-looking pancakes that appear in the book. Now that dream can come true!
The cafe is quite popular, so it's recommended to arrive slightly before opening time to avoid having to wait a long time for a table.

The shop is about 10 minutes from Umeda station, so if you are in the Osaka station area, you should definitely stop by!

R・J CAFE (アールジェイカフェ)

RJ Cafe has some of the coolest coffee mugs ever! Why? Because they are made of cookie, which means you can eat the cup after you finish the beverage inside! This original coffee is called 'ECOPRESSO,' and since it is so popular, you might have to wait a bit to get one. RJ's cakes and other sweet are also very good and it's a great place to stop for a treat.

The cafe is located about 10 minutes away from Tenmabashi station.

JTRRD cafe (ジェイティードカフェ)

Also in Tenmabashi, JTRRD serves a colorful, artsy, and photogenic smoothie! Their lunch menu is delicious and colorful as well, so you should try that too if you're hungry. Other than its looks, what makes the smoothie so special is that the baristas will make an original smoothie for you based on your favorite color!

ARABIQ(珈琲舎・書肆アラビク)

This cafe has a great vibe. If you like to be surrounded by lots of books, this is the cafe for you! Arabiq is around a 3-minute walk from Nakazakicho station and their coffee is amazing. One of their unique drinks that is worth trying is called 'Maria Theresia,' a coffe drink topped with whipped cream and star-shaped toppings called Konpeitou (small sugar candy). It's definitely different but surprisingly tasty.

Cocoo Cafe (コクウカフェ)

Cocoo Cafe is wildly popular, so you might have to with in the queue to get in if you go during peak hours. However, this is absolutely a must-go cafe on a hot summer day because they serve the most amazing kakigori (shaved ice) dishes! Topped with real fruits, they are as beautiful as they are tasty. The best thing to get is quite arguably the strawberry brulee shown above!
The cafe is located about 10 minutes away from Azawa Station.

Bar ISTA (バール イスタ)

The professional baristas at 'Bar ISTA' (haha) not only makes good puns, but also great coffee! The young Fumiaki Nozato and Shinichi Tanaka fell in love with specialty coffee and now have as a goal to serve Osaka's best coffee in a comfortable space that resembles a Spanish bar. The two gentlemen will make some of the cutest and most intricate latte art you've probably ever seen. This is the place to go if you're a coffee snob! You won't be disappointed. Located at a 5-minute walk from the Honmachi Station.
