Welcome to Coffee Mafia Ginza

Don't worry, this is a very friendly mafia, one that helps you get caffeinated for your busy day in Ginza!

Coffee Mafia Ginza is one of 3 Coffee Mafia locations in Tokyo that specialize in quality pour-over coffee. It's called 'Coffee Mafia' because of its unique subscription service that offers members unlimited cups of coffee for a very reasonable monthly fee.
However, it's also a great place to come for a reliably tasty cup of coffee and a light meal (perfect for breakfast).

Quality Pour-Over Coffees

The subscription members who get coffee here every day are in a hurry to get to work, so they typically grab a 'quick cup,' which is brewed in advance with a very large pour-over filter and kept hot in a carafe. This 'quick cup' itself is very tasty, but if you've got the time to wait for a couple of minutes, it's advised to try one of the single-origin pour-overs, which are the real specialty of Coffee Mafia.
Coffee Mafia usually has 5 or more delicious single-origin coffee beans on hand which can be selected for a pour-over. Each bean's characteristics such as acidity and body are noted on the menu, and you can choose one to suit your preferences.

For a light breakfast, a super-thick slice of buttered toast is perfect!

Coffee Mafia has a small menu of light food items, including this super-thick slice of buttered Japanese-style toast (¥250). For an extra ¥50, you can add brown sugar, making for a sweet and delicious light breakfast.

Try the butter coffee!

Another great option for those who prefer to keep breakfast light is Coffee Mafia's butter coffee. Maybe you've heard of butter or bullet-proof coffee before, but in case you haven't, it's basically exactly what it sounds like: butter melted and blended into hot coffee to make a thicker, creamier coffee with higher calorie content. Some people swear by a cup of butter coffee in the morning, eating nothing else for breakfast. If you're curious, why not give it a try?

Next time you're looking for coffee in Ginza, give Coffee Mafia a try!

Coffee Mafia is located very close to the C8 Exit of Ginza Station (near Muji Ginza) on the 9th floor of the Namikikan building. The coffee stand is located inside of re:Dine Ginza, an innovative chef co-working space. The space is quite large, meaning there's almost always a table open to relax at. Check it out next time you're in Ginza!
